Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island among the photographs.
Additionally contained in this latest image disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section identifying different parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.
